Subject Teachers at Marian College deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with College programs and policies, contributing to student success and the broader mission of Marian College. Working collaboratively to enhance educational outcomes, guided by the College’s vision and Strategic Plan. Appointed by the Principal and reporting to the Assistant Principal: Learning and Teaching, we want individuals who strive to create an engaging and supportive environment where students thrive.

Position Description – Teacher

Vocational Major

The successful candidate will support students in applied learning pathways, delivering hands-on, industry-relevant instruction that builds practical skills and workplace readiness. This role fosters engagement through real-world projects, partnerships, and tailored support aligned with the VCE Vocational Major curriculum.

Year 7-12 Mathematics

We are seeking a Mathematics teacher  deliver structured, concept-driven instruction that develops students’ problem-solving, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills. This role supports achievement across Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, and General Mathematics, preparing learners for academic and professional success.

VCE English

We are looking for a VCE English teacher to will deliver engaging, literature-rich instruction that cultivates critical thinking, analytical writing, and effective communication. This role supports students in mastering the VCE curriculum while fostering a lifelong appreciation for language and storytelling.
