Marian College, Sunshine West operates a non-selective enrolment policy. The College serves a multi-cultural and multi-faith community and enrolment patterns reflect the nature of the community served. The Marian College Enrolment Policy follows the enrolment policies and guidelines of the Catholic Education Office and the Kildare Education Ministries (KEM) Criteria for enrolment.
Enrolling at Marian College, Sunshine West for Year 7 2027 and Year 7 2028
An Application for Enrolment is usually lodged when a student is in:
- Year 5 in 2026 or Year 6 2027 for Year 7 2028
- Year 4 in 2026 for Year 7 2029
Applications for Year 7 2028 are now open.
We have limited availability for students starting Year 7 in 2027.

Applications for enrolment are to be accompanied by a non-refundable administrative fee of $50.00 per student.
Key Enrolment Dates for Year 5 students in 2025 starting Year 7 in 2028

Year 7 – 12 2026 Applications:
Enrolment into other year levels is governed by College capacity. Limited vacancies exist at these year levels and waiting lists may apply. Parents/Guardians should submit a Marian College Sunshine West Online Application to the College with required documentation.
Parents/Guardians will be notified shortly after the interview if a place is available.
Year 7 2028 Interviews:
Families will be invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Principal or School Leadership representatives in September 2025.
