Finance Manager
In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Business Manager to deliver high‑quality finance and accounting services that underpin Marian’s commitment to excellence in learning, teaching, and student wellbeing. Your expertise will help maximise academic, co‑curricular, social, emotional, and spiritual outcomes for students by ensuring strong stewardship of the College’s financial resources. You’ll also play a vital role in providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to the Principal and College Advisory Board, supporting informed decision‑making and sustainable growth.

Administration Officer
You’ll support the Office Manager and Administration Team in delivering warm, professional service to prospective and current families, staff, and visitors. As a vital member of the team, you’ll help uphold the mission, vision, and values of the College while providing high‑quality administrative support across a range of areas. You’ll also assist both Main Reception and Student Reception, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and a welcoming experience for all. Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to the values of a Catholic school.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Educational Psychologist to support the learning, development, and wellbeing of our students. Appointed by the Principal and reporting to the Assistant Principal: Student Wellbeing, this role is a key member of our Counselling and Student Wellbeing Team.
In this position, you will work collaboratively with teachers, families, and wellbeing staff to deliver high‑quality psychological support, contribute to intervention planning, and help create a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical insight, a student‑centred approach, and a commitment to partnering with educators and families to enhance student outcomes.

Maintenance & Property Officer (Part-Time)
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Maintenance and Property Officer to support the effective care and management of our College’s buildings, grounds, and physical assets. This vital role supports the Principal and Business Manager by ensuring our facilities are well‑maintained, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including general maintenance, grounds upkeep, minor repairs, and contributing to the planning and protection of the College’s physical environment.

Canteen Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Canteen Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of our school canteen. Reporting to the Business Manager via the Canteen Manager, this role is vital in serving our students, staff, and wider community with care and professionalism.
As a Canteen Assistant, you will contribute to the preparation and service of healthy, hygienic, and affordable food options, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health, hygiene, and food‑safety regulations.
