Natalie joined Marian at the start of 2025 as our Director of School Improvement and Innovation, Rebecca is passionate about future-focused education and fosters a culture of curiosity, creativity, and confidence, encouraging inclusive, engaging learning experiences that inspire girls to become critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and leaders of the future.
Rebecca brings extensive experience in educational leadership, having previously held roles such as Learning Leader: English and Humanities, Learning and Teaching Leader: Student Progression,
Learning and Teaching Leader: Pedagogy, and is committed to fostering a culture of excellence, and innovation in girls’ education. In her role as Director of Learning and Innovation, she is excited to lead whole-school strategies to enhance learning and teaching, working in partnership with staff to embed evidence-based, inclusive practices that engage and challenge all learners.
