At Marian College, our learning and wellbeing programs are grounded in the core values of wonder, courage, hope, hospitality, compassion and justice.
We offer an innovative curriculum and engaging teaching practices that empower students to become life-long learners, respond to challenges, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Wellbeing and academic learning are intentionally integrated, creating a supportive and intellectually rich environment.
Marian Learners are curious, creative, adaptable and collaborative. They take risks in their learning, embrace feedback, and develop the confidence to shape their own identity and future pathway.
The Wonder–Explore–Aspire framework offers a coherent and student-centred approach to learning that reflects the developmental stages of adolescence and the purpose of schooling at each phase.
By naming these programs, we give meaningful identity to each phase of learning, enhance student agency, and help the entire community understand the intent behind our curriculum design.
