CAPtains of Change is a call to lead with Courage, Action, and Purpose. Student leadership is more than a title, it’s a meaningful opportunity to make a difference, inspire others, and shape a more inclusive and values-driven school community. Grounded in the Kildare Ministries values of Compassion, Courage, Hope, Hospitality, Justice, and Wonder, our Student Leadership Program encourages young people to lead with heart and integrity. Through a wide range of leadership pathways, students are empowered to use their voice with confidence and authenticity, gaining skills and experiences that will serve them well beyond their school years.
